Nishant is an Architect and an Urban Planner. After completion of his M.URP from IIT Roorkee, he is associated with this firm. Nishant’s breadth of experience and depth of technical skills provide a solid foundation for all projects. He has excellency in Transportation Planning, Town Planning and Building Construction services. His commitment to policy, planning and design excellence are recognized by clients, peers and the media. His adept leadership, managing and collaborative skills are invaluable to all projects, especially those with multiple stakeholder groups. He often oversees, Planning Projects, Urban Development and Architectural Projects.

This is the first phase of a project’s life cycle. It includes understanding the client’s requirements and project requirements. It is only by starting a project right that you can end it successfully. By having a thorough project initiation phase, you clearly define the scope and build a great team to carry that project to a successful conclusion.
After the first Phase, the initial ideas as per the client’s need are provided with the essence of our design thinking. As per discussions had in the previous phase, options are discussed for the best possible outcomes. In this phase, we determine the scope of works, timelines for project’s future and discuss on details required.
At this stage, the works outlined in the work plan schedules are performed, The design starts taking shape. All the details and works required for a successful completion of the project are executed. All the major resources of the project design are utilized in this phase of the project.
As per the Project requirements, our team handles on-site management and coordination of facilities. Constant monitoring and reporting are done to ensure the quality and efficiency of work. We also ensure the complete safety of all the teams during the implementation phase to reduce or nullify the chances of any damages.
